Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and develop team members.

• Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss operations, safety, and promotions.
• Manage labor and inventory costs.
• Maintain records and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
• Handle cash management and banking procedures.
• Uphold professional appearance and behavior.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned, representing Boddie-Noell professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• Leadership experience (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
