As a Cake Decorator, your responsibilities include applying proper decorating techniques, maintaining product quality by following guidelines, preparing, packaging, and merchandising fresh products daily, and upholding all department and food safety standards. Upon eligibility, Partners can become Owners in the company, reflecting our commitment to ownership and leadership.
We look for individuals with:
Customer Service: Provide superior service, accurately take cake orders, assist with product selections, and use suggestive selling techniques.
Production: Decorate cakes and pastries according to visual training aids, ensure quality control, and adhere to production schedules.
Food Service: Prepare, package, and merchandise products, ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
Food Safety: Maintain sanitation, comply with safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
Ability to stand for long periods, reach, grasp, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions, including cold and hot areas. Partners are responsible for safe lifting practices and requesting assistance when needed.
