  • Assist riders during recovery events, including supporting safe vehicle entry and exit and providing clear updates.
  • Support riders and members of the public at pick-up and drop-off locations by answering questions and providing light concierge assistance.
  • Use terminal commands, internal applications, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot system blockers, power-cycle hardware, and flash vehicle firmware.
  • Maintain passenger-ready vehicles through interior and exterior cleaning and detailing.
  • Manage vehicle charging activities and assist with charging and service infrastructure.
  • Support vehicle transportation, movement, and storage across multiple sites.
  • Assist with new-market launch activities, including vehicle deployment, site organization, and readiness inspections.
  • Track and replenish cleaning supplies, passenger amenities, minor hardware, and fleet consumables.
  • Document incidents, technical issues, recovery activities, and vehicle status changes accurately and in real time while supporting both service and test fleet operations as needed.
