Responsibilities

1. Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
2. Train and develop team members.
3. Maintain positive relationships with management and staff.
4. Conduct pre-shift meetings.
5. Manage labor costs and control inventory.
6. Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations.
7. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
8. Handle cash procedures and deposits responsibly.
9. Uphold professional appearance and conduct.
10. Enforce safety, sanitation, and HR policies.
11. Perform other duties as assigned, embodying our company's values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• Leadership and training experience (minimum 1 year).
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Preferably hold a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude.
