What You Will Do?

1. Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
2. Train and develop crew members.
3. Maintain positive relationships with management and staff.
4. Conduct pre-shift meetings.
5. Manage labor costs and inventory.
6. Maintain reports and records per standards and regulations.
7. Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
8. Handle cash and banking procedures.
9. Maintain professional appearance and enforce policies.
10. Perform other duties as assigned, embodying BNE’s values.

What Will You Need?

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• Leadership and training skills.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and service orientation.
