Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with SMEs to configure global absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Review and collect business requirements to support Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
- Develop test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
- Review and troubleshoot the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in Oracle HCM.
- Manage and execute absence administration processes.
- Understand and troubleshoot approval workflows, create Fast Formulas, and generate BI reports in Oracle HCM.
- Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) following company standards.
- Understand technical design requirements and communicate them effectively to IT and business partners.
- Apply best practices in administering a global absence module based on experience.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, lead reviews, testing, and implement system enhancements, collaborating with IT and documenting processes.
- Provide production support, addressing HR technology issues and process flaws.
- Perform regular data audits and validation to ensure data integrity.
- Recommend re-engineering and improvements to HR processes.
- Work with large datasets, utilizing PeopleSoft Excel and CI functionality.
- Understand SQL and PeopleSoft queries to analyze data and define IT requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive industry experience and/or a strong background in similar roles.
- Proficiency in setting up absence plans and configuring fast formulas for automated time-off accrual in Oracle Fusion or similar Oracle cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Familiarity with HRIS technologies supporting HR disciplines such as HR Job Management, HR Org Management, HR Master Data, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Onboarding, Engagement, HR Operations, and experience with PeopleSoft HCMS, preferably Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Experience integrating Absence with Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, etc.
- Proficiency in approval workflow management.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira ticket management; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to independently manage projects and meet stakeholder commitments.
- Solid understanding of HR functional areas and downstream data flows from HRIS.
- Skills in Stakeholder Management, Managing Expectations, Prioritization, Conflict Management, and Decision Making.
