What You Will Do

• Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Maintain a harmonious relationship with management and staff, assisting with duties as needed.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor and inventory costs to meet company standards.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of building and equipment.
• Handle cash responsibilities during shifts, including deposits.
• Present a professional appearance and uphold company policies on sanitation, safety, and security.
• Exhibit behaviors aligned with BNE's Vision and Values.

What Will You Need?

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• Leadership experience, preferably 1 year in shift management.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Preferably a valid driver's license.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable, cheerful, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
