• A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.).

Program Overview:

At Bechtel, our University Hire Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent graduates who will help shape the future of our business. Work Location & Assignments:

Opportunities are available across Bechtel's Global Business Units (GBU) and functional organizations. Final assignment location, business unit placement, and specific responsibilities will be determined based on business needs, candidate qualifications, and organizational priorities.

Assignments may be located in a project field environment, regional office, or corporate office setting depending on business needs. Successful candidates should be flexible and willing to work in a variety of locations and environments in support of Bechtel's projects and business operations. Job Summary:

In this role, you will assist in providing professional financial and economic support services. You will conduct complex research on finance and investments, assist in preparing and producing regulatory reports, ad hoc financial reports, speeches, charts, and studies. Your research, analysis, and organized methods will contribute to effective business decisions through precise financial data interpretation.No matter what area of finance and accounting it is, all are critical to Bechtel's success as a world leader in engineering, construction, and project management. Education and Experience Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or Economics from an accredited college or university within the past 12 months or in the upcoming 12 months.
• Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous co-op or internship experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong GPA.
