Northeast Security, Inc. is hiring for a Part-Time Foot & Vehicle Patrol Unit Supervisor & Officers on the Weekend 2nd Shift in Boston, MA. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background screening and orientation.

Pay rate listed as $27/hour, with schedule Friday–Sunday 2pm–10pm. Candidates should be available for evenings and occasional holidays; prior security experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Remain on post at all times.
• Monitor security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactory.
• Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries and anticipate customers needs.
• Ensure that all security concierge personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies.
• Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
• Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
• Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers/vendors.
• Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel.
• Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
• Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Northeast Security is seeking a Foot & Mobile Patrol Security Officer for a Boston, MA location

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Schedule: Part-Time

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 2pm - 10pm

Saturday-Sunday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
