Job Purpose:

The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You should be willing to work as part of the delivery team to ensure items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport and deliver items to clients or businesses safely and on time.
2. Review orders before and after delivery for completeness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
3. Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
4. Accept payments for delivered items.
5. Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
6. Follow assigned routes and schedules.
7. Complete all stops using the Workwave application.
8. Adhere to transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
9. Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
10. Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
11. Reconcile shortages with the office.

Expectations:

Drivers may work up to 11 hours daily, including pre and post-trip inspections. Punctuality, cleanliness, uniform compliance, and communication with dispatch are essential. Physical health is critical for performing transport activities.
