We are currently seeking highly trained and reliable Box Truck Drivers to join our team, focused on the transportation of specialized materials for life sciences. Successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of sensitive materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. This position requires professionalism and a strong commitment to safety. The job is based out of our headquarters in Beverly, Massachusetts, and offers a highly impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a 26ft Box Truck and handle cargo such as laboratory equipment, pharmaceuticals, biological specimens, etc.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and issues.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops.

Compensation is based on experience, skills, location, and applicable laws.
