Job summary

Teltrium Inc. is seeking an electrical/ communications engineer to support NASA missions in the Denver metro area. You will perform communications engineering, mission integration, and technical analysis to enable spaceflight operations and mission execution across NASA and commercial networks.

The role involves coordinating service requests, tracking status, and developing reports. A technical background in spacecraft communications, RF analysis, and network planning is essential for success in

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence status is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mission communications service requests and facilitate interactions between mission teams and network SMEs.
  • Track mission communications and integration status throughout mission development and implementation.
  • Support mission transition activities from development into network operations.
  • Perform engineering analyses related to spacecraft communications performance (link budget, coverage, RF compatibility).
  • Conduct network loading, capacity, and utilization assessments to support mission planning and operational decision-making.
  • Develop technical reports, presentations, memoranda, and engineering products summarizing analyses and findings.
  • Assess mission communications supportability across NASA SCaN and commercial architectures.
  • Identify technical constraints, risks, and mitigation approaches.
  • Develop and maintain engineering analysis tools, models, datasets, and methods.
  • Maintain technical data and analytical products with configuration management practices.
