Job summary

Charleston County School District is seeking an IT Support Technician Level II (Field Support) to provide frontline technical assistance to district staff across sites. The role includes on-site hardware, software, printer, and network issue troubleshooting, and coordinating with the Information Technology team to resolve incidents efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, knowledge of Windows environments, and the ability to work a 7:00am - 3:30pm shift.

CLASSIFIED HOURLY RATE:

• $21.64 to $42.07
• 240day positi on
• Rate is based on the board-approved 2026-2027 salary schedule, and years of work experience derived from the employment application up to a maximum of thirty-seven years.
