Job summary

Elumatherapy is seeking Special Education Teachers to deliver remote instruction to students in Wisconsin school districts for the 26-27 school year. The role is full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week, with remote work enabling flexible scheduling.

Qualifications include a degree in Special Education, active state certification, and knowledge of IDEA/IEP processes. Strong tech skills and reliable internet are required to support virtual instruction.

• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance.
• Experience providing instruction and/or case management for students with disabilities.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and webcam capable of supporting virtual instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote instruction to students with disabilities according to IEPs and district requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school districts to support student outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, schedule, and caseload for virtual instruction.

Preferred:

• Previous virtual or remote teaching experience
• 1+ years experience working in a school-based special education setting
• Familiarity with IEP platforms (e.g., Frontline, PowerSchool, SEIS, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• (Optional) Additional district-specific requirements or certifications
