Position Summary: The OST Program Helper supports the daily operations of the Out-of-School Time (OST) program. This role assists program staff in providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for students through supervision, activity support, and basic classroom tasks.

Position Reports to: Director(s) of the Out-of-School Time (OST) Program, Program Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher (day-to-day supervision)
