• Moves patients safely.
• Monitors fluid and food intake and output.

Job Description

Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LPN program and licensed by the NC Board of Nursing. Experience in pediatrics. Must assist children with medical procedures during the school day, including tracheostomy care.
