Responsibilities

• Present academic content through a variety of instructional strategies to reach all learners.
• Differentiate lessons for individual students based on learning needs.
• Implement classroom procedures, systems, and routines that provide structure and maximize instructional time.
• Regularly assess and track student performance toward ambitious student academic outcomes goals.
• Use data to reflect on effectiveness of lessons and student achievement progress to improve instruction.
• Receive and implement feedback from manager, coach, and/or peers.
• Build meaningful, positive relationships with all students.
• Use restorative practices to build positive classroom culture.
