Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Solutions Architect 1 to develop API architecture standards and governance for enterprise interoperability and modernization initiatives. You will define security, versioning, and integration standards while evaluating middleware solutions and AI model-serving APIs.

The role also involves designing observability for enterprise APIs and conducting technical assessments and architecture reviews to ensure scalable, secure solutions across the DC Metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, Master preferred.
• 7+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and API management platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native integration architectures.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

What You’ll Do

The Solutions Architect 1 develops API architecture standards, integration frameworks, and governance models supporting enterprise interoperability and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Salary Range: $120k - $140k

The salary range listed reflects our standard market pay structure. Final compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s unique qualifications, skills required for the position, professional experience, education, and business needs, at the time of hire.
