Job summary

Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a Solutions Architect 1 to design and govern API architectures for enterprise interoperability and modernization in the DC Metro area. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a strong background in REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud-native integration.

You will develop governance standards, assess middleware technologies, and contribute to AI model-serving technologies while collaborating with security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and API management platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native integration architectures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

What You’ll Do

The Solutions Architect 1 develops API architecture standards, integration frameworks, and governance models supporting enterprise interoperability and modernization initiatives.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience supporting enterprise AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and API security principles.
• AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred.
• API design or integration certification preferred.

Salary Range: $120k - $140k
