Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Truck Driver (Medium) to support Navy warehouse operations in the Hampton Roads area, with two full-time base positions and a combined 3,840 annual contract hours. Local routes, six-pallet capacity, and strict safety procedures are core to the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of professional experience operating open-bed or enclosed-bed medium-duty trucks, including proper load securing for over-the-road transport.
• Maintain the driver license, endorsements and any medical qualification required for the actual vehicle and cargo. A CDL is required only where the assigned vehicle or operation requires it.
• Secret clearance is required at contract award. Interim Secret is permitted at award if final clearance is obtained within 180 days, unless the contracting officer authorizes an extension. Required clearance and access approvals must be in place before classified tasks.
• Perform the essential duties safely, with reasonable accommodation where applicable, and complete required safety, security, privacy and environmental training.

Responsibilities

• Perform local pickup and delivery using enclosed trucks with the required six-pallet capacity.
• Inspect vehicles, secure cargo and verify load limits, shipment documentation and delivery receipts.
• Coordinate twice-daily routes and situational deliveries with warehouse management.
• Maintain vehicle-use, fuel, inspection and maintenance records; report defects and incidents promptly.
• Assist with authorized loading, unloading and transition transport using only equipment for which qualified.

Axyde Analytics, LLC is hiring on behalf of a client for a prospective Navy warehouse support contract in Hampton Roads, Virginia.

Two full-time base positions | 1,920 hours each; 3,840 contract hours annually in total

Location: Hampton Roads routes serving Dam Neck, the contractor warehouse and designated satellite locations; final dispatch allocation to be confirmed.

Hourly base pay range: $28–$32. Final pay within this range depends on relevant qualifications and assigned duties. Benefits and other employment terms will be specified in the client-approved offer. The range excludes any separately required fringe benefits and overtime.

The opportunity

Employment is contingent on contract award, funding, client selection and verification of contract qualifications. Anticipated award is February 2027; the start date is not confirmed.
