Junior Sales Executive - Seattle, Washington

Junior Sales Executive – Seattle, Washington (Job Ref: 25I/SWJS)

We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive based in Seattle, to cover the states of Oregon and Washington.

Location: Remote, Homebased. Based in Seattle, however travel will be required within Oregon, Washington and potentially further afield.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00. However, flexibility will be required.

What does the Junior Sales Executive role involve?

  1. This role is responsible for sales and promotion of all Randox Clinical and Molecular products throughout a wide range of industries, developing business with current customers as well as winning new business.
  2. Contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson.
  3. Identify and develop customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented.
  4. Prepare sales reports and sales projections.
  5. Manage key accounts.
  6. Conduct market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
  7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.

Full on-the-job training will be provided on our processes.

Who can apply?

This role is ideally suited to someone who has just graduated from university in a life science or business-related subject, who is looking to start a career in sales. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.

  1. Qualified to at least a degree level.
  2. Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
  3. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize working procedures.
  4. The ability to apply and recognize the most profitable course of actions.
  5. Experience in working to and achieving targets.
  6. High degree of self-motivation.
  7. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. Possess a full driving license.
  9. Flexible, as the nature of this position will require you to work such hours deemed necessary to complete the responsibilities.
  10. The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.

Desirable:

  1. Previous sales experience, preferably within the Health Sciences sector.
