We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Organisational Development Advisor to support the design and delivery of organisational development, learning and culture change initiatives across NHS Lanarkshire. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work with individuals, teams and services to support development, improve team effectiveness, facilitate meaningful conversations and help people navigate change. Alongside delivering team development and learning interventions, you'll play an important role in supporting key organisational priorities, including the iMatter staff experience programme and annual appraisal process.
