Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  1. Monitor and ensure print quality, including tape tests, throughout production.
  2. Compare and approve print quality within specified tri-fold color range limits.
  3. Calculate the number of parts needed for each order.
  4. Number labels sequentially, starting where the previous shift left off, accounting for lot number changes at 7 am.
  5. Place completed boxes on skids and organize individual parts in totes or tray packs.
  6. Discard poor-quality products into scrap containers, label all scrap appropriately, and group like materials together.
  7. Complete all necessary paperwork for each order.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to calculate part requirements accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. approximately 20 times per hour.
  • Visual acuity of 20/40 corrected for distance and ability to read small print at close range.
  • Ability to reach and lift 30 lbs. to shoulder height about 10 times per hour.
  • Must pass the Ishihara color vision test.
