The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation in Boston is seeking a clerical support specialist to assist the patient care unit. The role includes environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, data entry processing, and troubleshooting as needed.
Evening shift from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite at 300 First Avenue. Minimum education is a high school diploma; 0-1 year clerical/customer service experience preferred.

Job Summary Summary: Performs clerical support functions for the patient care unit. Performs environmental control, revenue reconciliation, inventory management, data entry processing, and troubleshooting issues. Assists in delivery of direct nursing care as appropriate to meet the needs of the clinical area, unit and/or department, and according to established policies and procedures. Administrative and multi-line telephone experience is preferred for success in this role.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 330pm to 9pm . No weekends every other holiday
