Job Description

This position requires experience in vegetable row crop farming. Farmworkers will perform general duties associated with a commercial vegetable farm, including planting, growing, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, and packing crops. Compliance with safety and food safety standards is mandatory. Crops include green beans, beets, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, and many others.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience in hand harvesting vegetable row crops.
• Perform seeding, planting, harvesting, packaging, weeding, hoeing, washing, cooling, and equipment operation.
• Work under supervision, adhering to policies and maximizing crop yield through best practices.
