Job summary

Grandview High School in Grandview, Missouri seeks a 25-26 Weight Room Supervisor for the 2026-2027 school year, starting immediately. This part-time position reports to the Athletic Director and involves supervising student athletes and assisting with the strength and conditioning program.

Responsibilities include following MSHSAA and Grandview C-4 policies, attending meetings, and maintaining professional conduct. Salary ranges from $1,235 to $1,646 per year for the 2.5-month term.

Qualifications

• Knows and follows all policies, procedures, rules and regulaitons of the MSHSAA
• Knows and follows all policies, procedures, rules and regulaitons of the conference and tghe Grandview C-4 School District.
• Adheres to the athletic department's "Coaches" Core Values
• Meets with the activities director when requested.
• Meets all requirements to servie as a weight room supervisor
• Attends all scheduled coaches' meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Assists the activities director and the high school head varsity coaches in implementing and supervising the strength and conditiuoning program's instructional and training plan that teaches and prepares student-athletes both mentally and physically.
• Provides proper supervision to student-athletes at ALL times
• Locks and secures athletic facilities and locker rooms after each use.
• Maintains professionalism at all times.

NOTE: This positionis for the 2026-2027 school year. The salary will be based on the 2026-2027 salary schedule which is not yet approved by the Board of Education. The salary listed is based on the current year's salary schedule.
