Job description

Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a 1.0 FTE Anticipated Probationary Special Education Teacher in our Elementary Responsive Support Program for the 2025/2026 school year. The Responsive Support Program is a temporary program for students having difficulty in their traditional classroom setting. The program will focus on social, emotional and behavior skills using the Dialectical Behavior Skills framework. The ideal candidate may have experience with students who have experienced school avoidance and emotionality (either inward or outward). Additionally, the candidate should be flexible, positive and willing to help build this new program into the supportive environment students need. Experience with Board Certified Behavior Analysis preferred.

Salary: $61,649-$66,053(pro-rated)
