Position: Full-Time | Contract | 20252026 School Year

Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site school-based position in St. Michaels, Maryland. This opportunity offers a supportive team environment and the chance to serve students across multiple school sites (K12). Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services
• Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members
• Attend IEP meetings and student planning conferences
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
