Job Description
KIPP New Jersey offers a Teacher in Residence (TiR) program designed to provide aspiring teachers with hands-on experience and certification. As a TiR, you will work alongside experienced teachers to develop your skills while working towards your teaching certification.

Compensation and Benefits
KIPP NJ offers a salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience and certification. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, participation in the NJ State Pension Plan, optional 403b retirement plan with matching, transportation benefits, generous time off, parental leave, optional ancillary benefits, and a school-issued laptop.
