25-26 High School Music Teacher - San Antonio, TX

Position Reports To: Jesse Samudio, Principal of Compass Rose Legacy Secondary

Please note: This position primarily teaches Music electives at our Compass Rose Legacy Secondary Campus, with the possibility of one or two Fine Arts sections. This role aims to build a strong music program focused on community, high-quality instruction, and program development driven by a passion for public high school music education.

Qualifications
  • Required:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have content knowledge in the area you are applying as indicated by your major/minor, previous experiences, or certifications.
  • Can pass a criminal background check
  • Preferred:
  • Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience
  • Teacher certification in Fine Arts
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on credentials and experience, ranging from $59,225 to $73,085, paid on a 12-month basis.
