Develop lesson plans aligned with established guidelines, establish rapport with students, staff, and parents, and motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge for a strong educational foundation.

How You Will Impact Education

Instruction/Education Responsibilities

• Develop and implement instruction aligned with company philosophy, goals, and curricula.
• Create purposeful lesson plans with effective strategies to maximize learning.
• Present subject matter using real-world examples and application-based learning.
• Review and maintain student records to understand individual abilities and needs.
• Utilize varied learning modalities and differentiated instruction.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments regularly to monitor progress.
• Assess student strengths and weaknesses, provide activities to address needs, and generate progress reports.
• Refer students with learning difficulties to support staff.
• Assign and review student work, coordinate class activities, and prepare students for assessments.
• Stay current with subject matter knowledge and contribute to curriculum development.

Provide a Classroom Environment Conducive to Learning

• Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Maintain positive rapport and demonstrate patience and nurturing.
• Ensure classroom safety and display student work appropriately.
• Implement policies on student conduct and behavior management.

Instructional Planning

• Develop and prepare lesson plans aligned with guidelines and student needs.
• Plan individual and group activities to meet instructional goals.
• Prepare adequately for classes and participate in curriculum planning.
• Incorporate diagnostic data into planning and utilize resources effectively.

School/Community Relations

• Establish cooperative relationships and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in school activities and events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching certification as applicable.
• 1-3 years of successful teaching experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of subject content and learning theories.
• Commitment to company values and ethical standards.
• Successful background checks.
• Effective instructional and communication skills.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

Usual office/classroom conditions. Light physical effort, with some travel as needed. Job exempt from overtime under FLSA.
