The Opportunity: At Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA), our Coaches are essential to our school network. In this role, you will be responsible for all coaching-related activities, developing and maintaining a successful program focused on skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, character building, and discipline.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience coaching High School or Middle School required
• Willingness to align your mission with the vision of PLA’s Core Values
