An established industry player is seeking a compassionate clinician to provide vital mental health services. Under the supervision of the Crisis Services Coordinator, the clinician will serve as a Master's level professional providing a range of mental health and substance abuse services within a multi-community team. The role involves providing immediate crisis intervention to consumers with mental illness or co-occurring substance use disorders. The clinician will work remotely in collaboration with Lansing Police and Fire Departments to offer timely treatment during emergencies, identify appropriate stabilization treatments, and maintain ongoing communication with community partners. Responsibilities include extensive case documentation, assessing behaviors and trauma through interviews and observations, reviewing records, and developing brief crisis intervention plans using a strength-based model. The clinician is expected to perform all activities in alignment with CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background checks, credential verification, driving record check, professional license verification, Medicaid/Medicare verification, educational background check, work history verification, and passing a pre-employment drug screen.

Annual salary ranges from $64,303 to $72,388, with potential increases up to $82,932. The work schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and every other Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
