Job summary

Qualifications

12+ years of manufacturing operations experience in semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing.
Proven leadership of large teams (100+ employees) across multi-shift environments.
Experience ramping products from NPI to high-volume production with measurable gains.

Responsibilities

Lead the Fremont facility through transition from low to high-volume production with capacity planning and ramp readiness.
Own 24x7 manufacturing operations, drive output, throughput, and on-time delivery while sustaining quality and safety.
Partner with Engineering on NPI handoffs and design-for-manufacturability to ensure predictable ramp.
Establish daily management routines, metrics, and escalation paths to surface issues quickly.
Build leadership bench, hire and coach managers, and manage performance and succession.
