Job Responsibilities:

As an EXP Live-In Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal Care – Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Companionship – Engaging in conversation, hobbies, and social activities
• Meal Preparation & Feeding – Ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Light Housekeeping – Keeping the home clean, tidy, and safe
• Medication Reminders – Assisting clients in staying on top of their health needs
• Transportation Assistance – Helping with doctor visits, errands, and outings
• Vital Sign Monitoring – Checking and recording vital signs as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have one of the following certifications: CNA, DSP, DCW, or HHA
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR certification & negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Minimum 1-year live-in caregiving experience REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & valid auto insurance (if applicable)
• Physical ability to assist clients (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, etc.)
• A heart for caregiving & a genuine passion for helping others!
