Qualifications

• CPR certification (or willingness to earn within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized daily living assistance, transfers, and mobility support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment for clients.
• Perform medication reminders and wellness checks as directed.
• Engage clients with mind-body activities to promote activity and alertness.
• Document care notes and share changes with RN or Care Supervisor.

• Personalized Daily Living Assistance – Safely transfer clients, support bathing/grooming, and help with mobility devices.


• Healthy Home Environment – Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and hazard-free.


• Medication & Wellness Checks – Provide timely reminders and record basic vitals or observations.


• Mind-Body Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, or guide simple chair-exercises to keep clients alert and active.

The Skills & Heart You Bring
