Job summary

The Utility Systems Repairer-Operator (USRO) works within the Maintenance Division of Facilities Engineering at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS). The primary purpose is to provide supplemental and 24-hour coverage for maintenance operations on all systems maintained by the Facilities Engineering Service.

Qualifications

• Experience requirement: no specific length of training and experience; evidence of training or experience must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide supplemental and 24-hour coverage for maintenance operations on all systems managed by Facilities Engineering Service.
• Work in the Maintenance Division of Facilities Engineering at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System (MVAHCS).
• Be prepared for physical demands and rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
