Job summary

You will oversee branch production, safety programs, DOT compliance, and coordinate with estimating and accounting for revenue recognition and reporting. This is a hands-on, working manager role requiring flexibility, problem solving, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state specifications for traffic control devices and materials.
• Experience with safety programs and DOT compliance.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage crews and equipment in remote locations to meet client expectations.
• Oversee safety training and DOT compliance for the team.
• Coordinate with estimating and accounting on production capacity and revenue reporting.
• Lead with strong communication to municipalities and customers.
• Travel as needed to oversee projects and maintain timelines.
