Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in instrument processing, OR Central Processing Department.
• Active member of a Sterile/Central Processing Organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour operation of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient safety initiatives and participate in leadership committees.
• Assist Sterile Processing staff with continuing education.
