• Manage wafer start plan and daily execution.
• Ensure shift staffing alignment with production loads.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for cycle time reduction.

Skills

Ten years in semiconductor FAB or advanced packaging manufacturing

Leadership of 24/7 manufacturing or operations teams

Experience managing wafer lot starts

Strong background in advanced packaging

Understanding of inventory control systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or science
