CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY
Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5-mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3-5, 2026, NASCAR will make its much-anticipated return to the Speedway for three days of racing action.

Chicagoland Speedway is seeking personnel to join our Seasonal Security Services team. The team provides a visible security presence to guests and employees throughout the Speedway property to uphold policies and procedures. This team offers 24/7 security on the property with 8‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence to guests and employees.
• Greet all guests entering the facility.
• Log all guests on the property and ensure waivers are signed.
• Perform building, gate, and property perimeter checks.
• Prevent people from entering unauthorized areas.
• Report emergencies to the manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence; present information to customers and colleagues.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to work with others and take direction.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests at all times.
• Work well independently and on a team.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as assigned.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle inspection report.
• Adhere to the company’s substance abuse policy.

The compensation range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00 per hour.
