Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions invites an L1 SAP Basis Support Administrator to join our SAP Managed Services team. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience supporting enterprise SAP environments and working with L2/L3 teams to ensure availability, stability, and performance.

The position requires 24/7 shift work (Day/Swing/Night), occasional weekends/holidays, and a willingness to rotate. You will monitor systems, triage incidents, and follow SOPs to deliver reliable SAP operations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in SAP Basis or enterprise support.
• Basic understanding of SAP architecture and SAP Basis administration.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Linux and/or Windows Server fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP systems and infrastructure with monitoring tools.
• Respond to SAP alerts and operational notifications promptly.
• Perform initial investigation and triage of SAP incidents.
• Create and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM platform.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 per procedures and SLAs.
• Maintain shift handovers and documentation.
