Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field; 5–7 years in technically demanding operations/facility management.
• Mechanical/electrical engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with process optimization and statistical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and team safety by following safe work practices.
• Oversee projects for compressed air, cooling water, and bridge crane systems.
• Plan equipment layout for expansion and efficiency.
• Communicate with Maintenance, Operations and Senior Management.
• Manage design schedules and budget adherence.
• Assist production engineers with troubleshooting and quality work instructions.
• Lead and develop a team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
