Job summary

St. Peter's Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Responder (Therapist I or II) to join our expanding Mobile Crisis Response Team in Montana.

This full-time, on-site role partners with an allied responder to deliver on-scene crisis assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and care coordination in community settings. Applicants should hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and Montana licensure eligibility or active licensure, plus a valid driver's license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Active Montana SWLC, PCLC, LCSW or LCPC licensure as applicable.
• Team-based crisis care experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis dispatches with hospital-provided vehicle.
• Conduct mental status and risk assessments.
• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation.
• Collaborate with allied responders (peer support, CHW, EMT, etc.).
• Determine disposition and level of care, including safety planning.
