R3 Continuum LLC in Montana seeks an on-site Critical Incident Responder, licensed mental health professional, to support local organizations and employees following disruptive workplace events.

As an independent contractor, you will work case-by-case in Butte and surrounding areas, bringing licensed status in MT and CIR training to clients. Must hold MT licensure (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist) and a master's in mental health, with liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in MT (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice and professional liability coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete CIR training or show approved CIR training.
