Job summary

ECS Federal LLC in Springfield, VA, seeks a Motion GEOINT Analyst to perform real-time motion video exploitation and analysis in a high-tempo environment. You will work with FMV data, multi-sensor imagery, and intelligence products to support customer missions.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, US citizenship, and ability to rotate day and night shifts. Strong MS Office skills and experience with MAAS, ARCGIS, and FalconView are valued.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI indoctrination (TS/SCI), with the ability to obtain/maintain a CI Polygraph.
• Ability to work a rotating PANAMA shift schedule (typically 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma and 3+ years of intelligence experience (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, Geospatial, All-Source); or a Bachelor/Master.
• Military Intelligence training or formal Intelligence School coursework (2+ months, full-time, MOS).
• Strong grasp of the intelligence cycle and TCPED process.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time 24/7/365 motion video exploitation in a shift work environment.
• Analyze targets of interest using FMV and other data sources.
• Exploit multispectral, hyperspectral, IR, SAR, and LiDAR imagery.
• View, exploit, record, and analyze operational FMV missions concurrently.
• Create storyboards and incident-specific graphics.
• Produce imagery analysis products and daily briefings using MAAS, IEC, RemoteView, ARCGIS, and FalconView.
• Deliver summary reports, mission graphics, and ad-hoc products.
