OX Paperboard WP, LLC in White Pigeon, MI is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to support the paper mill. Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing and installing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation 24/7.

The role requires troubleshooting motors, MCCs, AC/DC circuits, gearboxes and pumps, with on-call rotation and overtime as needed. Experience with reading mechanical/electrical prints is preferred.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and install equipment to keep the paper mill operational.
• Troubleshoot motors, MCCs, electrical circuits, and test components.
• Rebuild gearboxes, pumps, and rotation units; weld and fabricate guards and piping as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and forklifts; modify/install new equipment.
