Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Joint Operations Center Watch Specialist to provide interim capacity and subject matter expertise within the Operations Directorate, ensuring continuous situational awareness of Joint Task Force operations and readiness reporting. You will support the commander’s command and control during contingency operations and participate in planning and real-time monitoring.

The role requires 3+ years in military or joint operations, experience with J3/JTF, COP management, VTC

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in military operations, support operations, staff duty, watch floor management, or joint operations center roles.
Experience with J3 operations and Joint Task Force structures.
Experience in operational reporting tools, VTC systems, and COP management.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement JOC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational processes and procedures related to Force Protection, Exercises, Training, Real-World Analysis, and Commander’s updates.
Establish and maintain a 24/7 Watch Floor to provide real-time operational significance to senior leadership.
Integrate intelligence applications onto the Watch Floor for enhanced coordination with the Intelligence Directorate.
