Job summary

Qcells Georgia, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Response Team (ERT) Supervisor for our Cartersville, GA facility. You will lead ERT Leads and Technicians, own the site Emergency Action Plan, and coordinate with local fire and EMS partners to ensure 24/7 coverage.

You will act as Incident Commander or Safety Officer for major events, drive training and certification, and manage the emergency response program across shifts on a high-hazard campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years emergency response experience with 3+ in industrial settings.
• Experience leading an industrial emergency response team and drills.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/Hazwoper/29 CFR standards and ICS.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff across shifts.
• Excellent technical writing for procedures and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERT Leads and Technicians across rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Own the site emergency program, including plans and procedures.
• Serve as Incident Commander or Incident Safety Officer for major events.
• Coordinate training, qualifications, and post-incident reviews.
• Liaise with local fire, EMS, law enforcement and contractors.
• Track metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to EHS.
