Responsibilities

• Maintain calm communication with callers and coordinate dispatch of units.
• Operate and maintain dispatch equipment and databases per policy.
• Log and update information across multiple systems; ensure data accuracy and privacy.
• Coordinate with tow companies, Red Cross, Salvation Army, and other agencies as needed.
• Provide information to deputies and create reports like initial complaint reports (ICR).
